Hey, y'all! I'm a 26 year old nurse. I lost about 20 lbs after I graduated from college, but I've gained some of that back now. So back to work! My goal is to stay between 120-125 lbs.

I have pretty good habits for the most part, but when I get careless my weight creeps up pretty quickly. One "cheat" feels okay, so I have one more, and then another. And now my jeans are getting snug! I hurt my hip a couple of months ago and that has really thrown off my exercise. Trying ...

I never want to be overweight like my parents or have the health problems associated with that. So many of them can be avoided my being more conscious of your day to day choices. This is the only life you get... it's so worth it!

I've read ur page,,,, your right about being healthy is to TAKE carah of ourselves !!! Being a nurse, you see both the pro's and cons.

I've lost thus far around 70 lbs,, I HAD been a diabetic taking my sugahs 3 times a day and NOW? NONE A DAY !! bought my AC 1 down to 5.4 though the complications still linger on.

SO CONGRATS on NOT WANTING to be unhealthy !!

We on the dawgs WANT YOU TO SUCCEED !! by both blogging, and commenting on others blogs,,, along with doing the exercises, and the LTGL challenge we have weekely (See under "Travel" forum to understand this better),,, this week is drinking water ! WOOHOOOOO !! That's our chal this week,,,,
