I've read ur page,,,, your right about being healthy is to TAKE carah of ourselves !!! Being a nurse, you see both the pro's and cons.
I've lost thus far around 70 lbs,, I HAD been a diabetic taking my sugahs 3 times a day and NOW? NONE A DAY !! bought my AC 1 down to 5.4 though the complications still linger on.
SO CONGRATS on NOT WANTING to be unhealthy !!
