1.GOAL-- is to be consistent with exercise

A. Schedule my exercise times
B. Prepare my workout clothes the night before
C. Find a health journey buddy to text/call/sparkmail with daily

2. GOAL- to Continue working on being my best supporter.

A. Recognize Perfectionism and learn to channel it in a healthy way.
B. Make time for myself just like all the others in my care
C. Reach out for support when I'm overwhelmed

3. GOAL- to improve my eating

A. Start Planning a Menu (include two alternative meals)
B. Remember not to skip meals or snacks
C. Prep ahead meals and or snacks when time permits

* Get to a healthier BMI

*Try new recipes

*Weigh in weekly and walking
*Zzzzz aim for 7-9 hours of sleep nightly.
