Hi! I just made you my newest Teddy Bear Sparkfriend. Can you make me yours? I noticed that you aim for 10,000 steps a day. I do too. I recently read about Spark friends who became walking buddies while living 3000 miles away from each other. I live in California, SF Bay area. What they did is each wore a pedimeter and then left a message each day of how many steps they walked the previous day. The person who blogged about it found it very rewarding and motivating. Want to give it a try?
