*Zzzzz aim for 7-9 hours of sleep nightly.

I had used a Bodymedia band for 3 years and the Spark Activity Tracker for over a year and they both finally wore out. So I waited for 3 months until the new Vivoactive Smartwatch came out since it does everything those things did and also has a GPS. During that time, I could have kept up my 10,000 steps and other activities that I'd followed on my other devices but instead I slacked off. No good excuse for doing that. emoticon

Now I have my Vivoactive again and I'm going back to my good habits. Having a tracker seems to be important to me mentally, to keep me on the right track. emoticon
