I've done SP before under username veddie78. Just looking for a fresh start so thought I would go with a new name and a new page.

5% Summer Challenge:
I will be following the spark diet.
I will continue to walk 2-4 miles a day at least 6 days a week.
I will try to get in at least 3 freggies a day.
I will try to be as supportive and motivating as I can be to other members.

Following the spark diet, watching my carb intake which can be my downfall sometimes.

I live in Kirkwood, NY (right above the PA border). I've been married for 14 years and have 4 boys, ages 15, 14, and 9 year old twins.

I'm a 1st degree brown belt in karate- one step away from a black belt!

Hey! Sorry it took a while to reply. I don't get a lot of computer time these days! The little guy still wants to be held a lot of the time and nights are pretty rough. He seems to have gas and will sleep for a solid stretch until about 2:30-3 and then be awake and uncomfortable for most of the wee hours of the morning. We are trying some things to help him but nothing has worked so far. It is getting easier though. He is starting to enjoy being awake and set down in his bassinet where he can look around at things. It's amazing how quickly they change! My little boy was seven weeks yesterday!
