HYE101

I started on this journey in February of 2010 at 240 Pounds.
As of today ( Sep. 29, 2010) I am at 219 Pounds for a total loss of 21 Pounds. I have made slow progress with an average of 2.6 Pounds lost per month. As you can see it still adds up to a great total and at this rate I should be at 211 Pounds by December 31st. My goal was 200 so I'll miss it by 11 pounds. But I will not quit , I will keep setting the bar higher to reach my ultimate goal of 180 Pounds ...

NEW UPDATE : JAN 1ST 2011-- I AM AT 215 POUNDS .
LOST 25 POUNDS WITH SPARKPEOPLE SINCE FEBRUARY OF 2010.
MY GOAL IS STILL TO REACH 180 POUNDS BY DEC 31/2011. THIS IS AN AVG OF 2.5- 3 POUNDS LOST PER MONTH AND IT IS ACHIEVABLE WITH THE SPARKPEOPLE PLANS AND PROGRAMS. IF I CAN DO IT YOU CAN DO IT TOO !!!

-Weigh in @ 185 by Dec. 31 , 2012 .

- Exercise for a minimum of 5 days per week.

- Eat minimum of 6 servings of vegetables and fruit daily.

My Program:

1. watching my portions.
2. no fried foods. Eating out maximum once / wk.
3. keeping journal and recording all my meals & snacks.
4. going to Gym 4-5 times a week.
& daily 10 min. exercises.
5. measure out food portions.

Other Information:
-I love traveling to Exotic Tropical islands

-I love to cook Armenian

Morning, Sam. Thanks so much for the goodie and thoughtful message. Sorry to learn that you have been dealing with some health issues. Sounds like your treatments are getting them under control. Sometimes things have to go much slower than we had planned. But eating habits are hard to modify and then ack! weight gain. Soon the weather will be more suitable for some regular out door walks.....and provide some motivation with healthy eating, too, with some out door grilling.
