unshakeable resolution awaits

My screen name means "the die is cast" and metaphorically, there's no turning back. It was something my dad used to say when to nudge me to make the most of what I had.

I am ready for 48 this November, loving the travelling life as I start my 5th contract as a contract therapist. I need good nutrition and exercise to meet the challenge of life in dorms and hotels, and reduce the exposure to road food. I am ready to let go of rookie status and take it to the next level.

I am ready for 48 this November, loving the travelling life as I start my 5th contract as a contract therapist. I need good nutrition and exercise to meet the challenge of life in dorms and hotels, and reduce the exposure to road food. I am ready to let go of rookie status and take it to the next level.

I strive to be UNSHAKEABLE in my resolution to healthy.

I am a new juicer and vegetarian, with the possibility of slipping into a vegan lifestyle as well. I dont miss meat and dairy most days. I follow the thrive forward program, focusing on what I am ADDING to my life, and not so much what I have left behind. You know, it is a lot of effort to mow down enough calories and nutrition from veggies alone. I dont know how I could do it without my juicer. The days I dont struggle to squeeze in another late meal are the days I give in to temptation.....

Oh no! Nice job! Hope you recover quickly. The job change is still in the future. The doctor wants to open his weight loss center in September but he's still trying to secure funding so we have to wait for a bit. Thanks for asking! :)

It's starting next Monday the 24. You need a copy of the book The Spark Solution. There is a spark team.

I am glad you found the site. Don't you just love the way they question about your dogs' issues to help select the right thing? The cost seems awfully good too -- at least in comparison to the fancy brands mine have previously eaten.
Sorry to laugh, but dogs breaking into the food bucket ... Oh, my. They are sneaky little kids ... Aren't they? Once mine opened a package of rawhide bones and ate pretty much the bag before I caught him ... emoticon
