This has got to stop

I am so tired of this cycle. Up and down. Gaining 20 and losing 25 and then repeating it over and over. Why can't I just lose it and why do I continue to lose motivation? This must stop....

About me. I am a mom of 5, married to my high school sweetheart. I work full time for a landscaping company, I go to school to try and get my college degree. Never too late you know. And I am also an AVON Ind. Sales Rep in my spare time (which is not a lot these days).

I need motivation and support and hoping my friends here can help me once and for the last time to get my butt in gear and get to my goal weight of 108 pounds. I am now almost 220 again and I can't keep doing this to myself.

GOALS FOR 2012

Lose 10 pounds per month

Walk a minium of 10,000 steps per day

Walk at least 6 miles a week.

Drive 80 ounces of water daily.

Exercise daily




My Program:
DIET:
1500 to 1700 daily calorie intake.

MEALS:
6 meals a day with the following guidelines

At least 4 Vegetables Servings Per day

At least 3 Fruit Servings Per Day

Lean meats

healthy snacks

100 ounces of water day

Cup green tea daily
