I started SP in 2008. I lost 45 pounds my first go around and I was extremely pleased with myself. Then as I usually do, I got relaxed (lazy!) and started going back into all my bad habits of overeating (all the wrong things) and not exercising. I would pop in and out of SP off and on over the next several years and would lose a few pounds then gain a few pounds and then stop popping in all together and now I am basically back where I started in 2008. Soooooo here I am attempting to get back on track. I will not give up trying!!!! I am doing better this time around, I have been getting in at least 30 minutes of daily exercise and I have been logging into SP every day. I have joined a team challenge and I am excited that this may just be the ticket to help me get my act together! I have a few activity trackers and between the trackers and the challenge, it makes me motivated to move more and do better! That seems like a great place to begin.

NEAT that you watch the tV while in the gym 11 I take my tablet with me,, while I am walking the hallway. I either read ,,, or watch Youtube vids,,,, or listen to music 1 It keeps me VERy HAPPY,,, and also passes the time QUICKLY 11

Today I walked for an HOUR 111 YEAH ! And afterwards my feet did NOt hurt,,, they probably will once I FINALLY get to bed. But, they will be FINE in the AM 11 I need new sneakers,, cos of ALL the problems with my feet,,, I go to Hangers,, where they do artificial limbs,,, And very difficult feet into shoes,, sneakers. I do not have part of the toe next to the big toe on the left foot,,, and MAY possibly lose my big toe. I had surg on it last June,,,, its slowly ever so SLWLY healing, we HOPE 1 there's a chance the hardware will need to come within the yr ,, if so it gets amputated,,, so we are HOPING I can keep it. As it is,, missing a part of a toe,, makes my balance off,, along with the neuropathy,,, which I had one of the 3 surgs in the past yr and a half for. That has helped the pain out SO MUCH, but if I go 12 hrs without the med needed,,,, the pain starts up again. SO MANY have this now,, its SAD !

Popping in to see how your foot is doing. Have the exercises continued to help?
