I started SP in 2008. I lost 45 pounds my first go around and I was extremely pleased with myself. Then as I usually do, I got relaxed (lazy!) and started going back into all my bad habits of overeating (all the wrong things) and not exercising. I would pop in and out of SP off and on over the next several years and would lose a few pounds then gain a few pounds and then stop popping in all together and now I am basically back where I started in 2008. Soooooo here I am attempting to get back on track. I will not give up trying!!!! I am doing better this time around, I have been getting in at least 30 minutes of daily exercise and I have been logging into SP every day. I have joined a team challenge and I am excited that this may just be the ticket to help me get my act together! I have a few activity trackers and between the trackers and the challenge, it makes me motivated to move more and do better! That seems like a great place to begin.

My Goals:
Drop 5% of my weight by end of Spring.

Log into SP every day.

Drink 8 or more glasses of water a day.

At least 7,000 steps a day, shooting for 10,000 a day.

Zumba 2 - 3 days a week

Strength training 2 days a week

Walk with Zena 3 - 4 days a week (Hubby walks her when I am unable to)


My Program:
Spring 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment

Hit the gym:
Cardio 3 days a week
Strength training 2 days a week

Walk or some other activity on my "off" days. Need to keep moving every day.

OH WOW !! I hadn't realized the lion here,, is a tattoo !! That's very, very well DONE !! WOHOOOO !! I saw this woman once,, who had a tiger,, on her calf,,, leg,,,, and it was circling around her leg,,, with some trees around it,,, it was BEYOND BREATHE TAKING ! I LOVED IT !!! She was in a class i was taking,, LOL I was SOOOO DISTRACTED ! LOL !!!
