I started SP in 2008. I lost 45 pounds my first go around and I was extremely pleased with myself. Then as I usually do, I got relaxed (lazy!) and started going back into all my bad habits of overeating (all the wrong things) and not exercising. I would pop in and out of SP off and on over the next several years and would lose a few pounds then gain a few pounds and then stop popping in all together and now I am basically back where I started in 2008. Soooooo here I am attempting to get back on track. I will not give up trying!!!! I am doing better this time around, I have been getting in at least 30 minutes of daily exercise and I have been logging into SP every day. I have joined a team challenge and I am excited that this may just be the ticket to help me get my act together! I have a few activity trackers and between the trackers and the challenge, it makes me motivated to move more and do better! That seems like a great place to begin.

Drop 5% of my weight by Spring.

Walk with Zena 3 - 4 days a week (Hubby walks her when I am unable to)

Walk or some other activity on my "off" days. Need to keep moving every day.

Wooohoo I also love the support of the kennel mates!! Even when the new. Puppies come aboard and are staying active with snipping off our toes!!

I'm so glad you can trick. Thor on taking his meds. I hope. Zena will also be easy when it comes to her Ned. Izzy. Thankfully is soooo easy to fool. Or smart enough to realize if she doesn't than it's back to cramming them down her throat. Poor baby!! Yesterday was a bad day for her. Today I changed her litter, she is refusing to use it, though I went back to the store and got her favorite.. CATS!!!!
