My Goals:
My goals are to walk four times a week. I want to track my food intake four days a week, so I can have a better understanding of where I need to make changes.

My Program:
I've recently joined the Any Time Fitness gym and enjoy going there. I'm using the treadmill most days and some of the weight machines.
