IT'S TIME FOR ME TO BE ACTIVE, HEALTHY & LOVING LIFE!

Well, if you want to know a strong-willed person, that's me. Oh, I had my own Spark Program. Guess what, it didn't work. But I kept trying to change something here or there; no success. Can you believe, I could not understand why I wasn't losing weight or feeling better?

When I started to get short of breathe, have difficulty walking, which lead to getting a serious warning from my doctor. My strong-will wasn't so strong anymore. I am so glad it finally weakened. Because now ...

Because now I am much more active, enjoying life and even fitting into two size smaller jeans. And, it feels so good feeling happy with the way I good.

My Goals:
1. Walk 12,000 steps daily.

2. Eat a rainbow of veggies daily.

3. Watch my fruits for sugar.

4. Drink 10 glasses of water daily.



My Program:
1. Wear a pedometer to count my steps.
2. Walk with Leslie Sansone-used her DVD.
3. Use a luncheon plate that has more veggie on it than meat.
4. Eat three meals daily.
5. Follow portion control.

Today I am going to focus on doing some much needed cleaning. I have less than 2 weeks before it is back to school full time, and I have too much hidden clutter. I must painfully reduce and purge. I hate housework, and I was trained as a child to never throw things away, so this is very difficult for me. My son's room is absolutely disgusting, and I can't blame him when I am storing so much junk in there. He deserves a clutter free room and I intend to give him one.
