Tomorrow will be my 8th day. I am on my second week and for the first time this year I am actually going to still be focused on my healthy eating plan. Tracking daily and becoming aware of how important exercise is for a healthy body, have been the biggest help. I look forward to logging in to SC and have positive direction for the day. 998 days ago
