Hi! My Name is Rashanna Wade. I joined SP on March 18, 2007. When I first joined I was consistent for a couple of months. Hi! My Name is Rashanna Wade. I joined SP on March 18, 2007. When I first joined I was consistent for a couple of months. During the summer of '07 my ankle was injured which prevented me from working out. After my injury was healed I did not go back to working out. Instead I let myself go and I blame no one but myself. I've been through a lot of life transitions. I was diagnosed with depression/anxiety and it almost took over my life but Faith has cured me and now I have Joy and Peace and am finally happy with life. I am now a Born-again Christian and God has been motivating me (even when I don't feel like working out). Before I was working out for others. Now I'm doing it for myself and I am totally committed. I don't even desire the things I used to want. Now I'm focused on getting my life together with the help from the Lord. I'm an open book so if there's anything you to ask me feel free. My Program:
I used to play DDR(dance dance revolution) for cardio. Now I play Just Dance 2 and Zumba for wii Mon, Weds, and Fri. Strength Training I use the Biggest Loser DVD on Tues and Thurs.

The reason why my title page is RAW is because my initals spell out RAW. My favorite comedians are Will Ferrell and Jimmy Fallon. I love comedy movies. I hate scary movies. I am not a thrill seeker. I like to travel.
