I'm all about lifestyle changes, not quick fixes. Once upon a time there was a gal who almost didn't fit into her size 16 pants and fjavascript:%20void(0);reaked out. It was than that I had a major epiphany that I needed to get healthy and no one else but me could make that happen. It was than that I had a major epiphany that I needed to get healthy and no one else but me could make that happen. No crazy diets, just me figuring out how to eat, real food, in a manner that is sensible. The size 16s that almost didn't fit are now garden pants because they are too big. Now days I run, lift weights, and indulge in my yoga habit. Food is not my enemy but something that fuels me and yes, still sometimes comforts.
