I had to take iron a couple of times when I was anemic. Can you say c-o-n-s-t-i-p-a-t-i-o-n?
I've been tracking iron on spark and I never get enough. I take a daily multi with iron, though. I had no idea how little iron I got until I tracked it on spark. I agree with you on how great it is to be able to do that!
I've also experienced the neon you were talking about! Good thing we don't have to worry because it's a water soluble vitamin.
If I get one I'll let you know. I see that you can get one for about $100 that has the calories burned feature. I don't know what the chest strap would be like. It seems like the watch style ones that you can touch to get your heart rate would be more comfortable. I don't know, it's all still new. I'm looking, though!
Fitness: I try to enter it on spark because it's motivating to me to see the calories burned. That's why I was thinking a heart rate monitor might be a good thing. Also, I haven't found the good range of calories that I lose on yet. The calorie calculators online don't help. They say my resting metabolic rate is higher than what I usually eat each day. It's so confusing and frustrating.
Do you have a heart rate monitor? Or have you been thinking about getting one by any chance? I'm reading about them and really want one. How cool would it be to have a contraption that told you how many calories you burned. That would be motivating! 2667 days ago
