The physics diet site looks interesting. I'm not sure I could weigh myself daily without driving myself crazy...I obsess too much! It seems to be one of those things that varies so much from person to person.
I'm glad you are enjoying your exercise. I look forward to it every day. There are a few days I am dragging, but those tend to be days when I did a lot the day before. Gotta love those endorphins!
