Labyrinthine Me

Just like in a labyrinth, it sometimes looks like you're close to goal only to be taken all the way around to the outer perimeter again; or you're way in the outer circuit, not recognizing that your next steps lead directly to the center. So in my weight-loss path. It has spiraled out of control, with the years going by, and all previous steps ultimately leading to.. now.

I'm just stopping by after reading a comment you left on ANDYINBC's blog, but I wanted to let you know that 9.5 lbs in 5 weeks is no small accomplishment!! That's AMAZING! It's not unusual to hit a bit of a stalling point, you just have to figure out how to get your numbers moving again, don't be discouraged, celebrate what you've already done!!

The physics diet site looks interesting. I'm not sure I could weigh myself daily without driving myself crazy...I obsess too much! It seems to be one of those things that varies so much from person to person.

I'm glad you are enjoying your exercise. I look forward to it every day. There are a few days I am dragging, but those tend to be days when I did a lot the day before. Gotta love those endorphins!
