Hey you I'm glad to see you back!! I kept at the TurboFire and running and bought T25. I started eating a lot better and spent a lot of time researching clean eating. I lump "crunches" as one term, but I really have 6-10 different crunches that I do when I work out -- so its only ~500 of one type of crunch. Its a lot, but I like to keep my abs strong. There's the method of working to fatigue quickly, or working a muscle group for a long time to exhaustion eventually... I do "crunches" when I'm bored watching TV.
