Desperate for this to be the last diet!

I am 21 years old and so fed up of losing weight and putting it straight back on again. Approx 2 years ago managed to get down to my dream weight but have since piled it on and I am now at my heaviest I have ever been. I was determined to lose weight for graduation which is next week, and I haven't. I have decided that enough is enough, I can't go it alone so need as much help as possible!

Hi Carrie,
That all depends on what exercise you were doing before but 40 mins of walking every day is good. Make it brisk so that you get slightly out of breath - aim to raise your heart rate. Aside from that you should include 3 or 4 20 min strength training programs. See coach Nicole's workouts. She's posted lots of short strength training videos on the site.
Great question - I'll elaborate more on this topic in the 'Exercise forum' so its out there for the team.
Nicola
