I have a breakfast shake every morning, mine always has coconut milk, hemp or psyllium, berries, banana or mango, and water, today it had fresh mango, strawberries, banana, coconut milk, psyllium, water.. I have never tried veggie in my smoothie maybe it is time I did. I also stay away from all gluten (wheat) which works way better than just cutting down.
