My Goals:
I'm hoping to make exercise an automatic part of my daily life. Be able to hike down the Grand Canyon (and back up)!

I'd like get rid of my attraction to sugary foods and food that just isn't good for me. Cook healthy foods instead of just going out.

My Program:
I guess there are advantages to quitting sugar cold turkey, but I don't think I can do it. I think I can give up snacking after dinner. I'm going to try to exercise 5 out of 7 days.

Personal Information:
I live with my husband and two cats. I play the cello as a hobby. I am transitioning into a new business/job opportunity.
