My goals for the Summer Challenge are to get closer to my goal. I am presently 10 pounds away.
I'm still getting this together. It is a program of adding small changes to my life. I can say that I do walk 3 miles every other morning on the treadmill, and get in my 10,000 steps. I can admit that I have fallen off the wagon on the weekends. I'm also enjoying chair yoga twice a week, and a warm and gentle yoga class on Saturdays. I will be tracking my food closer for this challenge.
Obese: 30 and over Overweight: 25-29.9 Normal weight: 18.5-24.9 Underweight: less than 18
