My goal is to drop 10 kg/ 22 lbs. Lower my BMI and cholesterol to normal levels. Be healthy and fit. Be rid of the extra rolls around my midriff and tummy.
To meet my goal, I am using SP to keep track of my exercises and daily calories. Need to practice PORTION CONTROL! My fitness routine consists of 3-4 days of walking and 2 times/week of ST at gym.
I live in Melbourne, Australia. I've been married for 50 years and have 2 daughters and 1 son.
I love travelling. Have seen a lot of Australia and now that we have grandchildren living in Scotland we travel there every northern summer.
Thank you for the spa Ania. It was sweltering and so humid today in our part of the world. I saw that it snowed in Tassie. Cold in the south, hot and humid here and bushfires in SA. What a variety of temperatures. Have a good weekend.
