My goal is to drop 10 kg/ 22 lbs. Lower my BMI and cholesterol to normal levels. Be healthy and fit. Be rid of the extra rolls around my midriff and tummy.
To meet my goal, I am using SP to keep track of my exercises and daily calories. Need to practice PORTION CONTROL! My fitness routine consists of 3-4 days of walking and 2 times/week of ST at gym.

I love travelling. Have seen a lot of Australia and now that we have grandchildren living in Scotland we travel there every northern summer.
Thanks for the lovely Goodie Ania. I had a fall on Wednesday and was lucky I didn't break my right hand and wrist. I really got a fright. Was absolutely hopeless using my left hand. I am more angry at myself for falling on a footpath I have walked hundreds of time. I have a feeling I must have blacked out. That is scary. All is good now and I am slowly gaining strength in my wrist and can use some of my fingers now. Hurt pride more than anything. How's Marek after his surgery? I hope he is doing well. Give him my best. We finally have some chilly windy weather. Must be getting cold in Melbourne now. Wishing you a fabulous weekend. Going to the Greek Festival on Sunday. Should be fun. Just saw the second Goodie, so thank you again. I won't be coming to Melbourne for a while. I am getting ready to go to Rhodes on July 28th. Will go for a few months at least. Just deciding when to return. Not sure whether to give up my unit - give it up or keep paying the rent on it. Very hard to decide. I'll keep you posted.
