My Goals:
. to be healthy and fit.
.rid myself of this excess unhealthy weight.
. to move and enjoy the great outdoors.
.lose a total of 130 pounds.

My Program:
I do cardio and HIIT 6 days a week and strength training 3 days a week.

I am sticking to a very strict low carb plan.

Personal Information:
Hi ... I'm from Sacramento CA ... born and raised. I now live in Clearlake with my 10 year old daughter. She gets faster and faster each year ... I need to be able to catch her. I run a Day Care out of my home ... the little ones are pretty fast too.

Other Information:
We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, a pony and a Hermit crab.

My life tends towards the hectic side ... with The Day Care, Karate, Dance, Soccer, horses and Girl scouts ... getting back into shape has taken a backseat for a long time ... NOT ANYMORE!

Hey Friend...thanks for adding me! I do really well on 20 or less. I find I get what my daughters call 'my sugar coma' when I go berserk with the carbs. I get so sleepy, and I hate it! I used to be a carb freak...especially potatoes..not so much sweet stuff..but started getting belly fat big time. Well...truth be told it was high carb and alcohol..love wine..and drank too much through nursing school..ha! So the really low carb just works..and it helps me to not crave things, when I know..and am content, with some of my favorite foods like steak..and eggs. Do you think being that low backfires at all? I know some people feel strongly that it can..I'm not convinced. Thoughts?

Hi! Just stopped by your page and saw your amazing progress..awesome! You are one dedicated woman! I see from your postings that you stay at 20 carbs...I'm the same way..despite what some people say. Why have you chosen to stay so low? Gotta get back to Millionaire Matchmaker...good TV trash...ha!

Feeling like crap and my kids are screaming and fighting all day long. I did 40 minutes wii fit workout and will do another 30 minute workout tonight after they go to bed.
