My Goals:

My Program:
I do cardio and HIIT 6-7 days a week and strength training 3 days a week.

I am doing a very strict low carb plan.

Personal Information:
Hi ... I'm from Sacramento CA ... born and raised. I now live in Clearlake with my 11 year old daughter. She gets faster and faster each year ... I need to be able to catch her. I run a Day Care out of my home ... the little ones are pretty fast too.

Other Information:
We have 1 dog, 2 cats and a Hermit crab.

My life tends towards the hectic side ... with The Day Care, Karate, Dance, Soccer, horses and Girl scouts ... getting back into shape has taken a backseat for a long time ... NOT ANYMORE!

So sorry to hear about your struggles! Have you tried eliminating allergens, like grains, dairy, soy, etc.? Just a thought.

I am doing pretty well, struggling to stay on track and do what I have to do. I do well for a bit, then I fall off track and have to get back on. I have managed to maintain a 10# loss since the fall, but struggling to keep losing! I have been playing with my ratios too to try and find what works. I even plateaued on low carb! I know I do not follow my diet/exercise 100% of the time but it still seems like I should be doing better than I am.

Hey! I was glad to see you post about being back on track! I am on my usual rollercoaster of food issues, but otherwise things are pretty OK here. I am up in weight still and am not focused enough to lose it apparrently. Trying to tighten up that focus it is only going to get harder! Winter is just so darn depressing its so hard to stay on track!

I do still struggle with my health stuff, but the thing is,I would never have been in this boat in the first place if I had stuck to Atkins the whole time!! Now I had to wait 4 years to partially heal myself and get back to where I started from. Why? WHOLE GRAINS!! The big lie of the decade!!

Anyway, I am glad to see you back! I lost my 13+year old dog last July and we got a puppy in October last year. My first baby! All my other dogs were older rescues. I loved the experience and now have been missing having a "baby". We have a fox red lab now (see my SP page) and want a silver lab next! But they are some $$, which we don't have...

No, I don't have any confidence at all. Neither result, pass or fail, will surprise me. I wasn't cocky about it at all and I studied my a$$ off in a very expensive and very intensive bar review course. But it's a grueling exam and you're subject to the whim of the graders and your answers are compared to other test takers. I know I did everything I could, and now I'm just trying to prepare myself for whatever might happen. I'll know Friday.
