Once upon a time, now so very long ago,there lived a beautiful girl, she loved nothing better than being active in her life.
She trained at least 5 day's a week for at least 2 to 3 hours.

Her Love's were Martial Arts,Free Climbing, Caving, Diving,Hiking, Swimming, Dancing.
Oh how she loved dancing.
She would go out ...
( I'm not here to win friends & influence people.
I'm here for me!
But if on along the way I do, then all well & good... )

Her Love's were Martial Arts,Free Climbing, Caving, Diving,Hiking, Swimming, Dancing.
Oh how she loved dancing.
She would go out with her friends 3 nights a week & dance for 5 hours none stop!

She took care of her body, as she believed if she did that, her body, would take care of her.

Then one fateful day 5 & a half years ago( May 2004 ) She became Very Very ill. A Prolific virus took ravage on her body, & on her brain & nothing was ever going to be the same Ever, ever Again.

So, here I am, 5 n a half years down the rd. With a weight gain of 4 stone! A Medical Diagnosis of Post viral ME.- Fibromyalgia.- Pernicious Anemia.- Hypothyroid. - & Epilepsy. Wow..... Oh My Life!!!!

I already had spinal injury, ankle injuries etc from falls , so with over 5 years of doing little the arthritis has taken hold.

So. I have to Lose the weight. Get Fit & Healthy Again & Get A Life Back.

This Is My Challenge.This Is My Goal.

Already I can See the changes & the lb's dropping off one by one, slowley but surely, just the way it should be.

It wasn't so long ago only a few weeks my belly was almost as big as my boobys, lol Now Its SRInking..... & I Feel so much better.
I feel Better about myself, Better in myself, & Better About what Im doing.

Eating Right. A calorie controlled diet of Between 1200 -1550 . & No Crap.

Walking 5 Miles 3 Times a week.
Aerobic's
Tai Chi & Chi Kung
Doing what ever I can to make a differance.

We drift around aimlessly, like solar wind swept space debris. Searching - always searching, for something we cannot see. We look for ourselves, in the guise of another, hoping the next new face, is a clone undercover. We search the universe for a happy vibe. Something to make us feel whole, to make us feel alive.

It strangely gives me peace.

1st goal achived. Walked 5 miles on 6/11/09 Was hard, but felt Good.

29/11/09 walked 5 miles Twice in a week.

Now Just got to do it 3 times a week!

My Program:
Im here to lose weight & get as fit & healthy as I can.
Even though Im dealing with health Issues.

Eating Right. A calorie controlled diet . & No Crap.
Walking 3 Times a week.

Aerobic's at other times.


Doing what ever I can to make a differance.
Drink 2lts of water a day.
Eat Better.

I belive that some things are never explained, and if your smart, then you know that, but there is just something in some of us, that still searches for the answers.
.... Its good to have an end to journey towards, but in the end, its the journey that mattered.
