My name is Albert.

I'm a big man. But I'm tired of being a BIG big man.

I lost 50 lbs (!) on SparkPeople on my first attempt. And then, as soon as I hit that milestone, I lost all motivation, got lazy, stopped sparking, and gained it all back. (Plus seven.)

So now I'm back, for (well, this is actually like Round 5.)

Sparkpeople are awesome!

My Goals:
I'd like to eat better. I'd like to find exercises that I actually enjoy. I'd like to have toned arms, instead of pink water balloons.

Feeling better, and losing weight should follow.

When I joined, I was right around 290. My long term goal is to drop 100 lbs, and be 190 or less.

I want to be flouride-free, MSG-free and aspartame-free.


My Program:
I work towards being a vegeterian.

I try to eliminate soda.

I'm working at making better food choices.

I like to ride my bike a lot.

I like walking.

I like Yoga.

I swim when I can.

I like my Wii Fit and other exercise programs.

I don't care about sports, so I try to find other ways to elevate my heart rate.

I'm a single dad from Detroit Rock City.

I try to find beauty in people and things, and it's not too difficult.
