We lived in NE Pa all our lives, on 9/20/2013 we moved to Bernvile,Pa. (about 75 miles from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area. We were married 40 years on 11/22/13. I love animals & We have 2 horses,2 cats and 1 dog. I also love to read and Stephen King is my favorite.

Thanks for the blog comment. I do need to find the right combination of supplements, food, exercise and sleep. It may be the only way I can get back to where I was 2 years ago.
Of course getting older may be playing a factor in my weight loss. It's starting to get warmer and I don't like it. I used to run around in my younger years all Summer when it would be 100+ outside. Now when it gets close to 90 all I want to do is stay inside and bitch about the heat!
