Eat Healthy
Eat a plant strong diet
Go Vegan
Drink a lot of water
Walk 15 minutes a day
Exercise everyday

Personal Information:
We lived in NE Pa all our lives, on 9/20/2013 we moved to Bernvile,Pa.
(about 75 miles from the
Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area.
We were married 40 years on 11/22/13.
I love animals & We have 2 horses,2 cats and 1 dog.
I also love to read and Stephen King is my favorite.

Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results. You CAN and WILL turn your GOALS into the results that you are striving for!
