We are starting next Monday, start reading it (and I DO suggest you get the pink Beck FIRST it's the first and most basic and my FAVORITE of the Beck books) and I will think of other things and mail you...but on second thought I am going to ask SLENDERELLA61 what I can say in a blog about this question and post in case others have the same question! Thanks for the goodie. I haven't been working as hard myself the last couple of weeks. Still working on the kitchen, but it's down to small things now that don't require a lot of heavy lifting! And I understand about not wanting to do much due to the weather, today has been very nice (about 95) compared to earlier this week when it was around 105+.
It's absolutely frustrating how easy it is to gain weight but so darn hard to lose it!
