My Goals:
I'm looking for healthier recipes and support to stay on track. I love food and I'm an emotional eater. Well, I'll eat for about any reason! So, I need help. I don't like exercise so, I am having problems getting started there. I'm guessing getting out for a walk and putting some dance music on is my best bet!

To try to get portions under control.
Try to journal my ups and downs with food & exercise.
Try to be honest with myself about my daily battles with excess.
Find a comfortable path to better health that I can live with for a lifetime!

for your comments on my blogs about the Pyramids and Garbage Village! I am glad you enjoyed them! Unfortunately no, I didn't take any picture of the Nile. I was there on a work trip so I didn't have a lot of time for tourism. Concerning the odor in Garbage Village, it wasn't a windy day so it was OK. There was a bad odor at times when there was a bit of wind coming my way, but it must be painful on windy day. As for people who live there, I believe you get used to odors and don't smell anything after a while, thank goodness!
