I have a job I love, as an accountant for a nonprofit. I live in a small town where I can walk to work, the library and a few restaurants. I like to cook and bake. My husband and I enjoy dancing, doing crossword puzzles and watching Mystery on PBS together.

My Goals:
My goals are 1) to lose 15 pounds and 2) to improve my fitness to the point where I have enough energy to be enthusiastic for most of the day active vacations (like skiing, bicycling or hiking).

My Program:
1. Exercise six mornings a week. Early morning works best for me, which means going to bed early enough the night before.
2. Eat attentively: Plan each meal or snack, sit down and pay attention while I eat.
3. If I gain rather than lose, start nutrition tracking. (I hate tracking because it takes so much time, but I know it helps.)
