Building WINGS

I have been a member for over a year but never actually did anything, just some reading then eventually stopped visiting the site, have no idea why.

Then last week, i had this feeling that i really should open it. That day i ordered the Spark & since then i am a new person :D

So I decided it is time to change & i am here to find support, peers who understand me & get me motivated again. Also i am here for anyone who needs me because all i wish is that we regain our ...

My Goals:
So my goal for now is to loose 20Kg in 5 month. I wanna feel amazing n energized when i do my little Europe Tour..,

My Program:
Now i am starting with 3000Steps/day till end of February. Then will will add 1000 step each day for 2 weeks. The goal to arrive at 12000 steps/day by July.
Drink 9 cups of water. Get good sleep.
Hopefully will add cycling first of March.
Just started the c25k YAY

Thanks! I'm definitely feeling like I've accomplished a lot...My presentation went amazingly well, and the course is officially done!...and if I have some really flattering pictures from my trip I just might post them! emoticon
