Every Day is a *NEW* Day!
I've been at this "maintenance" thing for 7 years now. As a person who spent the first 24 years of her life overweight or obese, maintaining my weight loss is still not something that comes naturally for me. I still have to work at it, and I probably always will! Through lots of work, and lots of falling down and getting back up, I have managed to keep off over 100 pounds.
