Rising to the Occasion

I am about to turn 40 and I have gained 10 pounds in the past year. It seems to be due to a variety of circumstances but I am ready to tackle the extra weight. It has been many years since I have exercised regularly and now I think that if I keep up the pace that I am at I will slowly become more frustrated.
