Time to finish what I started!

3 years ago in April 2010 I began a weight-loss journey to a better life! From April to September I successfully lost right at 60 pounds! Although I am much smaller now and happier, I am still considered overweight at 180 pounds! I didn't quit my healthy lifestyle change I just maintained! I have successfully kept the weight off over the past 3 years but I am ready to drop the rest now! For my height the considered healthy weight is 157 pounds! I myself am setting the goal of 150 pounds ...

I myself am setting the goal of 150 pounds with my steel toe work boots on! I chose that options simply because it will help me not to take the temptation of constantly weighing myself! I am going to do this!

My Goals:
My goal is to weigh 150 pounds within the next 3 months!

My Program:
My first week I am tracking my nutrition only. In the second week I am going to begin a regimen of running 3.2 miles at least 3 days a week. My biggest trick is going to be mind confusion. I am going to constantly do different things so that my mind doesn't get adjusted to a routine!

Personal Information:
I am the mother of 3 beautiful children who are my world! I am proud to say that as of right now I am smaller than I was before having any of my children, even my twins lol!
