It is your choice...
I have lost and gained the same 50-60 pounds so many times in my life. I was at my best in how I felt and looked while pregnant and after giving birth reached my lowest weight of 154 while breastfeeding. But slowly it all crept back on as my bad habits reemerged. I realize that I need to value myself as much as I did my son while in the womb. I felt great then and want that feeling back! I live in Pittsburgh, Pa and enjoy walking, jogging, biking, hiking, kayaking, bowling, movies, reading, ...

I realize that I need to value myself as much as I did my son while in the womb. I felt great then and want that feeling back! I live in Pittsburgh, Pa and enjoy walking, jogging, biking, hiking, kayaking, bowling, movies, reading, trying ethnic foods and lots of other things. I want to try my hand at tennis and caving in the future..and who knows what else!

My Goals:
Of course I want to lose the weight, but more importantly to gain control over my health. I want to maintain a healthy weight, increase my flexibility with yoga and consistent stretching, and do regular strength training.
My Program:
I strive for 300 Cardio exercise minutes per week and add on stretching and weight lifting.
