Taking the Next Step...
I'm a single girl, just turned 30 who is wanting to get back down to my ideal weight. I love to dance which has helped keep most of the extra lbs off but I'm finding it isn't enough anymore. I'm open to any encouragement you have! Losing weight is hard for me because its hard to get into the habit of eating healthy and working out consistently. But I'm finally starting to get there as I find things I like to do that are healthy!

My Goals:
My goal is to get down to a "healthy" weight. To me healthy means a weight where I feel comfortable in my own skin and proud of how I look.
My Program:
Right now I am working out at Curves as much as I can fit into my busy schedule (at least 2 days a week, pushing for 3), taking a Zumba class once a week and working out to my Zumba dvds at home when I don't make it to the gym or a class.
