I think we need to. Even if it's just a text in the morning or evening to make ourselves accountable! Even if we have to coordinate walks on other mornings (though of course that's harder now that the boys are out of school). I'm starting to plan out how to redo my Sparkpage and goals and such, with the intention of going 100% back on track tomorrow (well, 90% on track, I'm sure, but that's better than the 25-50% on track that I've been for the last 6 weeks!).
It's summer. We've been off track for what? Six weeks now? We need to get back on track together! Accountability buddies. :) I'm up 10 lbs from where I was in February and whine whine whine I don't want to have them. So many excuses between time and heat and stress - I need you to help me overcome them. ;P
