My goal is for my family and I to live a physically and spiritully healthier lifestyle.

To finish whatever I start.

Not to procrastinate!

Not to let my weight hold me back from trying new things and having fun!

My Program:
Cardio 6 days/week

Weight training 3 days/week

Saturdays (anything active)

Daily walks after dinner with the family and dogs.
