1. First 170 then see how I look and feel then maybe 160

2. Rock out the challenges

3. Live an active life, kayaking, hiking, having adventurous weekends.



My Program:
- Cardio 5 to 6 days a week
- Strength training 3 times per week
- at least 8 glasses of water a day
- Track everything I eat
- Meditate

How is everything going? I have been Primal for 7 weeks and feeling good. Not a lot of weight loss but am seeing better muscle definition which is something. I leave for HI in two weeks so I am excited about that.


Hope you have a great Thanksgiving. I am not doing it since I leave for HI on the Monday after and want to stay true to my diet.
