Hello, Im here to try to get back into shape and eat healthier in order to lower my B.P. and cholesterol.

1st I will loose the weight I have put on since i stopped smoking...15 Lb

then I will (I hope)loose another 5 LB.

My Program:
I have been on the spark diet for a while ,,Lost a few inches and pounds. I am also going to gym a min.of 5 days a week . Cardio 5/5 strength 3/5
it seems to be working
and Ialso walk The Dog.(my daughters Great dane Max.

happy annandag påsk! the "prehab" video is part of jessica smith's walk strong 6 week transformation program. it takes care of the body from the neck to the toes and everything in between - and you can really feel those muscles in the wrists and shoulders and elbows. i've never consistently followed a program like this before, but i'm on the third round of six weeks. there are ten videos, both cardio and strength and combined and stretching, and a program that suggests what to do each day. it isn't "too hard" (i've been turned off by some of those), can be adapted, and the variety is really fun. http://walkonwalkstrong.com
