My goal is to run again. I hope the weight loss will enable me to do this again.
I track my food. I track my fitness. I track my fruit and vegetables. I track my water, I try to drink at least 8 cups a day. I take vitamins. I drink at least 1 cup of organic green tea per day. I get post to the message board.
My name is Tammy, I love to fish, camp, hike. I used to be a gymnast, but because of my weight I no longer do that. I love to decorate when money will allow. I work full time, and have a very physical job.
So....six days ago you were "so-so." How are you doing now? Are you signed up for emails, do you have a spark buddy (or two, or three...), are you following the fast break, if you're still new, tracking your food & exercise? I've found the more I do with SparkPeople, the more success I have & the better I feel.
