I track my water, I try to drink at least 8 cups a day. I take vitamins.

Did you know that there is a National Day to celebrate Junk Food? Its today. But we say, NO WAY!

So....six days ago you were "so-so." How are you doing now?
Are you signed up for emails, do you have a spark buddy (or two, or three...), are you following the fast break, if you're still new, tracking your food & exercise? I've found the more I do with SparkPeople, the more success I have & the better I feel.
