Hi Wendy! Sorry I've been AWOL.

LIfe and work got incrediably busy in March and the rest of the year has just flown by.

My life has changed dramatically; my boyfriend Mark, was killed in a motorcycle accident 11 weeks ago today. My existence now is like something out of The Twilight Zone - I'm still not quite believing it.

I'm working on staying healthy - prepping food and freezing it - things like that. I found that I absolutely won't fix an entire meal every day just for me, and the processed meals weren't getting it either. I'm doing my best for the moment anyhow.

I just wanted to say hi.... I miss touching base with you!!

Doing the 3 Day Detox - just to change things up. It should be interesting - I typically eat pretty low carb, so maybe this will shock my system into doing something amazing! :)
