My Goals:
To be healthy, fit, lean (slender), muscular, athletic, and having fun!

To ALWAYS love myself just the way I am, no matter what I weigh or what my hair color is! :)

To change my thinking about weightloss, my body, and other life issues to positive thoughts that will help hold a positive vibration with in me - allowing me to Sparkle! :)

My Program:
Most importantly - feeling my feelings. Processing them, instead of using food to push them away.

I skate, lift weights, walk, and swim whenever I can.

In the process of many transitions - in skating, in work, in life and in relationships.



Other Information:
I'm a big Detroit sports Fan.

However, I do not like Football. It's a brain damaging sport and I think we need to stop this sport and retrain athletes to play without head injuries.

Welcome to Living Binge Free. We are a bit of renegades because most longtermers don't track calories, unless they are under the care of a nutritonist. This doesn't mean our eating is willy nilly. We aim for feeding ourselves good, full meals of a variety of foods, always edging toward better quality. It is an evolution. Knowing that we are eating well helps in the fight when those binge urges (or even just nibble urges) come. We can ignore them because we know we are not starving and don't need food!
