My main goal is to get down to a healthy weight and a healthy cholesterol level so that I can worry about just living a healthy life and maintaining my health rather than stress about having to lose pounds. I want to return to the activities that I used to do before I injured my knee a year ago, which means running, biking, TaeKwon-Do, and LONG hikes. Oh, how I miss the long hikes when I didn't have to be carried back down the mountain after only an hour or two.
