I lost 35 pounds (my wife lost more) before joining Spark People while breaking the cycle of junk food, which I only have on occasion. And I changed habits to be healthier. For example, before I hardly exercised while now I exercise at least five days a week of cardio and three days a week of weights. I chose to get involved in Spark People since it has so many articles on health, good habits, etc. and will allow me to continue on to my final goals.
