need motivation and commitment back

I joined WW over a year ago and hit my goal, but since then because of my busy work schedule have not been able to get to regular meetings. I've been slipping back into old habits. I'm afraid I am going to gain weight if I don't get back on track. I would also like to lose some of this weight around my middle. Help!

My Goals:
My goals are to: get back to exercising regularly, keep off the cigarettes, keep track of my eating, eat healthier and keep off the weight that I have lost and hopefully lose 10 more pounds.

Personal Information:
My name is Irene I am a 51 year old mom of two grown children. I live in Shirley MA, by myself. I've lived in this area within a 15 mile radius all my life. I work two jobs, one full time and one part time. I work in a locked Alzheimer's unit in a nursing home. I have lost 50 pounds with the assistance of WW. I would like to lose 10 more and get back to a healthy lifestyle. I have been slipping real bad. I am looking forward to using this site as a tool and to make new friends.

Make the best

You won’t always get the best, yet you can always make the best from whatever you get. You won’t always get your way, yet you can always make your way forward no matter what.
