Slow and steady!

I grew up in a house that just ate, ate, ate but unlike my brothers I was never able to maintain a slim build. I want to learn how to eat healthy, exercise consistently and just be a better, healthier, happier ME

My Goals:
Initial goals:
- Drink plenty of water and NO sodas
- Exercise 30 minutes a day at least 3 days a week
- Eat at least 1 salad a day
- Take my vitamins everyday

Long-Term Goals
- Lose 40 lbs
- Run a half-marathon

My Program:
Initially I want to cut down on the sweets and sugary drinks I gravitate to. I also want to exercise at least 20 minutes a day.
