STARTING FROM SQUARE ONE. COME ON YAW I NEED SOME SUPPORT OUT THERE.!!! I am back on spark people and am ready to give it all I got. Wow I really fell off. It's really easy to do. I got caught up into my busy life and forgot about my goals. I always feel really good when I eat the good foods and get exercise and enough water. I feel so accomplished and fantastic that I wonder why I ever stop. The key for me is to remember my goals and how I felt when I accomplished them.
