Okay it's summer and I have lots of time so I am going to try to lose some of this weight again. My biggest problem is not following through. Today I rode my bike for 6 miles. I am going to go out and cut the grass so that should burn some calories. 1416 days ago

Walked 1.65 miles tody with the dog. I didn't ride my stationary bike today but I will ride it tomorrow. I ate some candy today but still was able to stay under my calorie count for the day. 1930 days ago
