I am so thrilled and excited to be a part of this world!!! Schooling is finished for me and I now carry a MBA!!! Now its time to get living by putting my body in action and filling it with nutritous foods and water. Job hunting is a pain but I will succeed!!! I updated my profile picture to remind me of how I look on this day (June 1, 2016) and how I do not want to look one year from now!!!
My long term goal is to leave behind 96 lbs.
My medium term goal is to lose 52 lbs. This will put me in "onederland" with a BMI of 29.7.
I will work on losing weight by changing my eating and exercise habits.
Starting 12/27/2012-drink 8 glasses of water and doing at least 15 minutes of exercise.
30 minutes of cardio at least 5 days a week.
Cardio will include walking, bike riding, swimming, or videos.
Do strength training at least 2 X per week.
Strength training will include exercise bands, dumbbells, or total body gym.
Watch portion sizes.
Incorporate at least 5 servings of fruits/vegies daily.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
Track all food that is eaten.
Weigh in day is Monday!
I currently live in Northeast Oregon.
I have three grown children (one son and two daughters).
I have four grandsons.
I would love to have more spark friends!!!
I have many hobbies including reading, gardening, sewing, quilting, counted cross stitch, crocheting, fishing, hiking, and camping.
