to think before I stuff my mouth about what I am actually putting into my body to educate myself on how to make healthy ;lifestyle changes

drinking my water
walking at least 5 days a week
raised in Indiana but have lived in Washington state for years
Have 5 kids all grown
have 9 grandkids
trying to lose about 30 +pounds!!!
keep reminding myself that even a journey of a 1,000 miles begins with the first step and that the turtle makes no progress unless she sticks her neck out I can do this but...it will take some work on my part I will invest in myself and commit to myself I have to gotta quit hoping theres an easier way!!!
