to think before I stuff my mouth about what I am actually putting into my body to educate myself on how to make healthy ;lifestyle changes

walking at least 5 days a week
raised in Indiana but have lived in Washington state for years
Have 5 kids all grown
have 9 grandkids
trying to lose about 30 +pounds!!!
keep reminding myself that even a journey of a 1,000 miles begins with the first step and that the turtle makes no progress unless she sticks her neck out I can do this but...it will take some work on my part I will invest in myself and commit to myself I have to gotta quit hoping theres an easier way!!!
Welcome to Living Binge Free! I hope we can help, though if you have high blood pressure, you likely have restrictions that some of us don't have. Though I used to weigh 40 lbs. more, I never had any poor blood readings or other issues, so I was able to wean myself off overdoing it on my worst binge foods slowly. I would not have taken that route if things had been different. i support your quest for health and vitality! No matter what, we believe that we can learn to eat in moderation in all circumstances. It's a skill, and we just keep practicing! We accept that we have to think in terms of months and years, not days and weeks. The time will pass anyway! We might as well be getting good at sane eating.
They have changed the way a leader can contact members of the team. If you are not active on a team for 30 days are more a team leader can not send you a spark goodie I do not think you will receive messages from the team either but I have not received a confirmation on that. However, the changes will make it less and less likely I will be able to communicate with less active members. At this point we only have 6 active members 4 of which have visited the team because I was able to contact them recently. I feel these changes have thrown up one more obstacle to helping build the team. I will see how things go over the next couple of weeks but I may end up ending the team in the event the members fall to 2 or less active members. Thanks for your continued support.
